Dozens of demonstrators blocked by police from marching in Louisville, Kentucky, later regrouped on a downtown plaza that's been a focal point of protests over Breonna Taylor's death. Earlier Friday evening, police halted a protest march with shouted warnings to demonstrators that they should immediately leave or they would be arrested for unlawful assembly.
